Comments you leave about an asset will be there for others to see (you can of course delete comments that you've left). You can use these comments to describe site conditions or anything else your team would want to know. Any user with access to a site can leave a comment, including View-Only and Limited users.
1. Go to the Form for the asset you want to comment on. To do that, click on the card for the asset, or click on the asset’s icon on the map and then on View Info.
2. Navigate to the Comments tab by clicking on Comments.
3. Type in your comment, and hit Post when you're done.
The comment will appear in the comments tab for the asset and the Activity Feed, and will be associated with your name and the date and time you posted it. To edit or delete the comment, go back to the Comments tab, click the three dots next to the comment, and select the Edit or Delete items.
